Since the showtime of this newBlack Pantherseries , the bomber has been enquire a a gang war bechance across the city of Birnin T’Chaka , with the elusive ring boss Baba Nkisuat at the center of it all . However , in a shameful crook , Nkisu is killed after muster the dark spirit of Kivu’ma . Despite the foreland of the Nkisu crime family being put to rest , T’Challa look at himself a loser for not being capable to deliver him into the justice system – nor does he fully empathize the circumstances behind his slaying . He starts to muse out loudly if he is taking the right approach to combating street - level crime .

That is when N’Yobi suddenly start asking T’Challa what his pet bookstall in the city is , or his favorite cow dung spot , etc . When T’Challa ca n’t answer any of these questions after live in Birnin T’Chaka for week , N’Yobi explains that he ca n’t just rule over the city 24/7 as the Panther . He needs to observe , determine , and understand the urban center well before he can in reality come close to protect it . Under his undercover persona of Ize Mbaya , a dish washer , he starts embark on the luxuries the city has to offer so as to truly understand it , and become its proper protector .
