Jean Grey is no stranger to corruption by powerful psychic forces , but the Onslaught entity is a particularly dangerous breed . While the Phoenix is at long last a force for life that simply fell prey to the wrong itinerary , Onslaught is pure evil and can not be reasoned with . And with this new version of Onslaught on the escaped , Marvel ’s multiverse is truly in life-threatening danger from one of theX - Men ’s founding members .
