Why Did Shin Run Away When Ahsoka Offered Her Help?
At theend ofAhsoka , Baylan tells Shin that his lot is on Peridea . He states that he knows she starve great power and should follow up on it with Grand Admiral Thrawn . However , Shin does n’t make it back to the Chimaera , instead becoming stranded on the mysterious alien planet . When Ahsoka offer to help Shin , seeing her care and vulnerability as one who has been give up by everyone , Shin chooses to run off . In the end , she returns to the bandits she fought with earlier , have got up her lightsaber . It is not shown whether the brigand take on her .

One doubt that remains is why Shin choose to run away ; after all , she was n’t happy about working with the brigand sooner . She also did n’t approve of Thrawn ’s twofold - crossings and use of goods and services of witches . Still , it ’s probable she only did n’t trust Ahsoka to keep her parole ; after all , as another Jedi , Ahsoka is a reflectio of Shin ’s own Master .
This abandonment is made worse by the fact that there is evidence that Baylan misjudge her . If Shin merely craved power and wideness , she would surely have put more feat into leaving Peridea with Thrawn - to help reestablish the Empire . Baylan hinted he wanted Shin to do this , but she prefer a different itinerary , meaning this particularAhsokacharacter ’s story could still take many twists and turns .
